*For warranty information please see the cardboard tag attached to your new Blunt umbrella. If within the first 2 years of use your Blunt™ umbrella fails to work properly, or it just isn’t up to scratch in materials or workmanship, we’ll either repair or replace it. And if something happens to your BLUNT™ outside of this two-year period, please still contact us and we’ll try our best to help. This warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, or improper care or use. Just in case, please keep your proof of purchase.

If you purchase an item from us and don’t use it, you can return it within 7 days for a refund. This service will incur a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for return delivery charges. We will only accept the item back into stock if it is unused and undamaged. This assessment will be made by Umbrellas & Parasols staff at the time and upon point of return.
