Damaged Goods Policy
If you receive an item that has been damaged you must contact us immediately – within 7 days of receiving the goods so that we can organize to have it exchanged.
Please email pictures of the damaged item/s and the box (to determine if it as damaged during transit) to hello@shadeaustralia.com.au. Once we have received the images we will be able to assess the item and will let you know what to do from there.
